FAQs
Red Light Therapy
-
Red light therapy uses photobiomodulation — a process where specific wavelengths of light support natural cellular function. Our panel delivers targeted red and near-infrared light that encourages mitochondrial activity, reduces inflammation, and promotes tissue repair without heat, UV radiation, or discomfort.
-
Clients commonly experience improved circulation, reduced inflammation, faster muscle recovery, enhanced skin health, and an overall sense of energy and wellbeing. Many people also report feeling calm, restored, and rejuvenated after treatment.
-
Our clinical-grade panel emits five scientifically supported wavelengths between 630–940nm:
630nm — boosts skin vitality and surface-level circulation
660nm — stimulates collagen and cellular repair
810nm — enhances mitochondrial activity and muscle recovery
850nm — reduces inflammation and supports mobility
940nm — promotes oxygenation and systemic rejuvenation
This multi-wavelength combination allows the light to reach different depths within the body for broad therapeutic benefits.
-
No — red light therapy is non-invasive and does not produce significant heat. You may feel a gentle warmth, but the treatment is safe, comfortable, and suitable for regular use.
-
Yes. An introductory session ensures you understand how the therapy works, can ask questions, and can determine an appropriate weekly routine aligned with your goals. After this session, you can book ongoing treatments.
-
Most clients begin with two sessions per week for 4–6 weeks, followed by one session per week for maintenance. Consistency supports optimal cellular response and long-term benefits.
PEMF Therapy
-
PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy uses low-frequency electromagnetic pulses to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. These pulses support circulation, cellular function, and the repair of soft tissue, muscles, and joints.
-
PEMF supports:
Recovery after exercise, injury or surgery
Pain and inflammation reduction
Improved circulation
Better sleep and relaxation
Stress reduction and emotional calm
Enhanced mobility and joint function
It is both corrective and restorative, suitable for specific concerns or general wellbeing.
-
The treatment is gentle and non-invasive. You may feel a mild pulsing or tingling sensation in targeted areas as the electromagnetic field interacts with your body. Most clients find the experience calming, grounding, and restorative.
-
A single session may help you feel relaxed, re-energised, or more mobile. However, PEMF is cumulative — meaning its benefits build over time. We generally recommend 1–2 sessions per week, followed by a personalised maintenance plan.
-
Yes. PEMF technology has been widely researched and is used globally to support musculoskeletal, neurological, and general wellness outcomes. It is non-invasive, drug-free, and aligns with the body’s own bioelectric signals.
Pilates
-
Our Pilates sessions are highly personalised and intentionally small — with a maximum of three clients per class. Unlike large reformer classes with set sequences, every person here follows an individualised program tailored to their goals, injuries, posture, and physiology. This ensures you receive hands-on support, corrections, and meaningful progression at every session
-
Pilates supports functional movement, improves core strength and posture, enhances mobility, reduces strain on joints, and assists with pain management. Many clients use Pilates to recover from injury, build stability, or improve their overall physical wellbeing.
-
Yes absolutely. We offer tailored and inclusive programmes for all of our clients. Our small group format allows for close supervision and custom programming. All new clients begin with a private introductory session so we can assess your movement patterns, discuss your goals, and write a personalised plan based on your unique needs.
-
Classes run for 50 minutes. Most clients attend 1–2 times per week, depending on their goals and availability. Consistency is key for long-term improvements in strength, mobility, and functional movement.
-
Due to the personalised nature of our sessions and small group size, classes often fill quickly. New clients are encouraged to get in touch to join the waitlist or book a private introductory session to begin the onboarding process so that you can jump in once a spot becomes available. Our clients lead busy and varied lives so can often be away on trips, or changing their schedules, so we try and accommodate new clients as best we can when space becomes available.
Clinical Hypnotherapy
-
Hypnotherapy can support:
Anxiety and stress
Pain management
Fears and phobias
Addictive or compulsive behaviours
Sleep difficulties
Emotional patterns or mental blocks affecting daily life
-
Sessions are calm, guided, and tailored to your goals, held either in-person or online. You remain aware and in control at all times while accessing a relaxed, focused state that supports subconscious insight leading to positive change.
-
Sessions run for approximately one hour. Everyone is different, however most clients benefit from 3–4 sessions, depending on their goals and progress after each session. We recommend booking one session at a time so that each client can assess how the hypnotherapy has impacted them after each session, before deciding whether to book another session.
-
Yes. Online hypnotherapy is equally effective and allows you to receive treatment from the comfort of your home. A stable internet connection and a private, quiet space are recommended.
