About Our Sessions

Our small-group Pilates sessions offer a personalised, low-impact approach focused on core strength, flexibility and controlled, functional movement. Each client follows their own tailored program, receiving close guidance and hands-on support (no cookie-cutter reformer sequences here).

Benefits of Pilates

With specialised equipment and carefully designed exercises, Pilates helps rebuild strength, improve mobility and posture, support injury recovery, and ease ongoing conditions like back pain or arthritis. It’s a safe, sustainable way to enhance your body’s natural movement patterns and overall wellbeing.

Session Format

Each session is 50 minutes in length with a maximum of 3 clients per class – to allow for the right attention focused on each client and their unique needs.

If you are completely new, we provide an initial 1-1 session in order to develop your tailored programme, which we will then bring in to the small group sessions.

Pricing

  • $50 per shared session (group)

  • $235 for 5 sessions

  • $105 private session (required for new clients to assess and create a tailored plan)
