Benefits of Pilates
Our small group pilates sessions offer a low-impact exercise modality that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and controlled functional body movements to improve posture, assist with pain management, and improve overall physical well-being.
Our sessions are delivered in small groups (maximum 3 people) with each person executing an individualised plan to cater to their specific needs and physiology. Due to the small group setting, each client receives a high level of personal care and support (no cookie cutter reformer exercises here).
We are a fully equipped studio and use specialised equipment and and tailored exercises to rebuild strength, improve mobility, posture, and relieve pain, especially after injury, surgery, or for ongoing conditions like back pain, arthritis, or pre/post-natal recovery, building your overall strength and conditioning in a sustainable and safe way.
Session Format
Each session is 50 minutes in length with a maximum of 3 clients per class – to allow for the right attention focused on each client and their unique needs.
If you are completely new, we provide an intial 1-1 session in order to develop your tailored programme, which we will then bring in to the small group sessions.
Pricing
$50 per shared session (group)
$235 for 5 sessions
$105 private session (required for new clients to assess and create a tailored plan)
